Most people don’t exercise because it seems too overwhelming.

In their minds you have to exercise 2 hours a day and barely eat just to lose weight. This however is completely false.

You don’t have to workout hours on end nor do you have to starve yourself to make the scale budge in the right direction.

You do however need to start moving. And the easiest way to start moving is to do something so small that you don’t even have to think about it.

For example, stop reading this article right now and do just one jumping jack.

Did you do it? If you did, good job! You just started exercising.

Now do another one….you’ve now done two jumping jacks.

You are on a role my friend. 🙂

Stop over complicating this process. Just get up and get moving.

That’s all you have to do to start exercising.

The key is to build momentum. And the quickest way to build momentum is to start small and grow from there.

It may be just one jumping jack today, but if you keep at it you will be surprised how far along you will be in the next week or two.
