I am not here to coddle you.

I am not here to tell you that its not your fault that you’re overweight.

I am here to tell you the truth. And as you very well know, the truth can sometimes hurt.

Please know this is not coming from someone who has never struggled to lose weight.

I have been there so I know what it feels like.

I too have tried countless diets only to end up right back in the same place I started.

So I really do understand the pain and frustration that comes with this type of battle.

Extreme Ownership is the practice of owning everything in your world, to an extreme degree. It means you are responsible for not just those tasks which you directly control, but for all those that affect whether or not your mission is successful.

No excuses….

No blaming others…

Take extreme ownership of your habits.

Take extreme ownership of the foods you are putting in your body.

Take extreme ownership of your time.
