I’m sure what I am about to say is going to piss a few fitness gurus off.

But who cares? I’m not here for them. I’m here for YOU!

I’m here for the people who are tired of all the bullshit fitness information that is leaving them fat and unhealthy.

So brace yourself….Because what I am about to say is literally going to blow your mind.

Are you ready?

You can officially STOP counting calories?

Sounds crazy I know. But hear me out.

First however, let me give a little disclaimer.

I am not a certified trainer or nutritionist.

I am just someone who has battled with her weight her entire life, and have finally found a few things that actually work.

To be clear, calories do indeed matter.

At the end of the day, weight loss boils down to calories in versus calories out.

However, that doesn’t mean you need to obsess over calories and track every piece of food you put in your mouth.

You do however need to become more conscience of what you are eating. And the simple way to do that is by keeping a food diary.

Studies have shown that those who keep a food diary can lose twice as much weight as those who do not.

Even better is the fact they are also more likely to keep the weight off.

So grab a pen and pad and start jotting down what you eat. You might be surprised with what you see.

Once you become aware of how much you are eating, you can then start to make the needed adjustments.

Keeping a good food diary will also help you identify and break bad eating habits that are preventing you from losing weight.
